EQUIPMENT REVIEW
Safe Food USA will evaluate all new food service equipment being purchased and building plans prior to building or remodeling. We can save you the heart ache of purchasing and installing uncompatible equipment only to be told by the local Health Department that the equipment you purchased i s WRONG! AND MUST BE REMOVED OR RE-INSTALLED. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEND TO YOU! It is vital that the following be taken into consideration and or included in most renovation or building plans:
  1. Volume of food to be served.
  2. The proposed layout delineating work areas, order of equipment and their placement.
  3. Types of equipment proposed including manufacturers, model numbers and installation requirements.
Designing for food safety means that all inside surface of your facility must be cleanable. The way your kitchen is configured must not allow food to be contaminated.
